As a local brokerage, CENTURY 21 North Homes Realty is looking to support and educate all local employees during their real estate journey, and provide guidance plus a cash back rebate to all the customers enrolled.
For over 37 years, our Relocation Department has been assisting thousands of Corporate transferees and the Military Community with their real estate needs. We partner with Employers and Relocation Management Companies to relocate their talents and can connect anyone who needs to move out of state to trusted partnering brokerages nationwide.
Traditionally only extended to upper management employees, we have created a program that benefits everyone in our community and our Relocation Department is here to guarantee a VIP experience throughout the customers’ buying or selling experience.
Qualifying Criteria
Customers can be enrolled by their
employers or by a CENTURY 21 NHR agent
Small and Large
Local businesses owner(s) and employees are eligible for the program.
PUBLIC SERVICE
Social workers, counselors, nurses, teachers, firefighters, law enforcement officers, healthcare center employees
Local & National
Members of associations that reside in the counties serviced by our local branches.
Second Youth
Any buyer or seller 65 years old and up.

- Subject to program criteria.
- Rebate is cashback in Washington State.
- In states where cashback is not allowed, an equivalent benefit amount will count towards closing costs.
- The program cannot be combined with other employer-sponsored relocation or reward programs
